Martin Polaine presented to the Anti-Corruption delegation from the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of PRC. The delegation was headed by Mr. Chen Xuguo, Secretary of CPC Ningxia Commission for Discipline Inspection. Other members of the delegation included representatives from the Department of Supervision, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Director-General Assistant from the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
The presentation and discussion addressed the provisions of the Bribery Act, the UK Anti-Corruption Plan 2014, the preventive measures under the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), managing conflict of interests, international co-operation and national co-ordination between the key anti-corruption agencies.
