Following the development of an Action Plan for Bulgaria on the implementation of the Recommendations of the ‘Assessment of Institution and Legal Frameworks of the Asset Recovery system in Bulgaria’ by Martin Polaine, he has, today, delivered a training workshop for investigators and prosecutors on international co-operation mechanisms (MLA) and networks for asset recovery.
