Following the OECD Public consultation on foreign bribery and the liability of legal persons, Martin Polaine and Arvinder Sambei submitted their observations which focussed on the availability of investigation tools, international co-operation, successor liability and the role of indirect evidence in corporate investigations. The OECD will publish all the submissions and a summary of the Roundtable discussions in early December 2016.
