Martin Polaine delivered a training workshop for law enforcement and judiciary the Council of Europe Warsaw Convention addressing financial investigations, evaluating evidence, asset recovery, asset sharing mechanisms and mutual legal assistance issues in economic crime cases.
The workshop was conducted under the EU/CoE Partnership for Good Governance II Project on “Strengthening anti-money laundering and asset recovery in Azerbaijan” to address the on-going challenges in the implementation of the Warsaw Convention in Azerbaijan.
