Martin Polaine was a speaker participant at a Roundtable discussion jointly organised by the Geneva International Centre for Justice (GCIJ) and the London Centre for International Law Practice (LCILP), which was held at the Hotel President Wilson. The discussions were part of the GCIJ Event Series on International Legal and Humanitarian Issues surrounding conflicts in the Middle East. The Roundtable focussed on the 'Crisis in Yemen' to examine the legal issues surrounding the funding and arming of rebel groups in Yemen.
GCIJ & LCILP will publish a report of the discussions and recommendations on the way forward.
