Critical Incident Debriefing: Together with our partners, Crisis Solution, the team at Amicus facilitated an anonymised debriefing session for a large international ‘financial’ organisation. The debriefing was conducted with the use of our Solve: Interactive and oral facilitation.
The debriefing methodology allowed the facilitation team (Richard Whitby of Crisis Solution & Martin Polaine) to suggest procedures and processes, evidenced from the debriefing. Further debriefing of other aspects of the incident and incident groups are planned.
