Martin Polaine was invited for the second year to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA) The International Certified Integrity Officer Course to present and lead discussions on the international anti-corruption instruments, Global Anti-Corruption initiatives, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the US FCPA 1977
The ICIO is an internationally recognised course for anti-corruption officials and is hosted by MACA over a period of 2 weeks. The course, which is only one of its kind globally, trains anti-corruption officials, investigators, prosecutors and judges from a number of jurisdictions. In 2015 the countries attending were: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Fiji, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Zambia.
