Martin Polaine was engaged by EU/CoE Joint Project on “Improving International Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters in Turkey” to assist the Turkish authorities in planning the inception phase activities for the project. The activity involved drafting a technical paper jointly with another consultant on how to put in place clear baseline information for project outcomes, modify and/or adjust the logframe and rationale for changes (at outcome, output and activity levels) and define benchmarks.
