Martin Polaine, together with two other Council of Europe international experts, participated in a 2-day online training workshop on “Identification, assessment, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds of crime” for prosecutors, investigators, financial intelligence officers and representatives of other relevant Azerbaijan national authorities. The workshop was supplemented with training materials, presentations and practical case studies developed by the experts.
