Arvinder Sambei was asked by the CoE ‘Human Rights-Friendly Judiciary’, Serbia to speak at two of the roundtable sessions at the ‘Annual Conference of the Judiciary of the Republic of Serbia’ on international and regional human rights law and, in particular, the jurisprudence from the ECtHR. The Annual Conference marked 170 years of the establishment of the Supreme Court of Cassation.
