Martin Polaine was asked to review the legislative framework for international cooperation in Turkey, benchmark it against relevant international standards and make recommendations to improve and strengthen the legal framework for both MLA and extradition. Following the legislative review, a meeting was held to discuss potential amendments and update to the law.
